Attention All Affiliates on Wire With a Canadian Bank Account

URGENT: PAYMENT DETAILS
When processing wires to Canadian Bank Accounts we must now include the Bank
Code and Branch Code. Without these details we are unable to send a wire to a
Canadian bank account. We will be adding a field in the payment options for
these details, however in the meantime, please enter these numbers into the
extra information field. Any questions please email us.
