Table below shows past payments (monthly) sorted by date. Monthly Earnings is the amount earned in that calendar month. Total Balance column is total amount payable including any carryovers. Over min payment tells if the amount payable is over the minimum payment amount of $200. Payment method is the way that the affiliate has chosen to be paid.
